We do have phone lines (listed over on the right hand side of this page), but we disclose upfront that we do not provide support for QuickCrypto via phone lines. . Phone support is often great to have, especially for services based organisations. However, we've found that phone support isn't scalable nor efficient for a web-based software business like ours. Any technical issues usually involve troubleshooting and investigation which may take a little time and love with our creation. Rest assured we'll get back to you as fast as we can by email - make sure to check your 'spam' email folders for our reply if one doesn't arrive soon. Queries of any other sort are also best addressed via email - answering the phone lines are on a 'best efforts' basis - we hope you understand.
